Favorite Exercise: Deadlifts. The beauty about the deadlift is that it challenges a variety of muscles! There are also a couple different variations that target different areas.
Favorite Client Attribute: Clients that enter the gym with a positive mindset. The positivity spreads and rubs off on everyone in the gym, making for a challenging workout and enjoyable experience.
