MM GROUP TRAINING

McCohn Muscle Group Training

Great for adults who want to lose 10-50+ pounds, have fitness goals or are ready to set goals, need more accountability by being in a group setting, and need help with meal planning. Includes private consultation (exercise and injury history, fitness and nutrition goals), private MM assessment (baseline for body fat %, weight, and measurements), 3-4 training sessions per week, meal plan, weekly newsletter, and plenty of motivation and encouragement.

MM FULL BODY FITNESS ASSESSMENT

McCohn Muscle Full Body Fitness Assessment

You will get a clear picture and precise data on your physical fitness level before you begin working on goals. In this one hour private session, one of our Trainers will use digital technology, a good old-fashioned tape measure, and guide you through exercises to put together a report that serves as your baseline. Goals will be determined based on the assessment results and will be used to measure progress.

 

MM PERSONAL TRAINING

McCohn Muscle Personal Training

Work 1:1 with a highly qualified MM Trainer. Personal training appointments are usually available between 8am – 3pm, 2 to 4 times per week. This program is ideal for clients with multiple injuries and limitations, those who do not desire training in groups, those who want concentrated focus on their goals, and clients seeking consistent personalized feedback on posture, intensity of each session, motivation, and precise attention to frequent meal plan modification.

FIT OVER 40

Fit Over 40

Group training for 40+ year old women who are ready to put themselves and their health and fitness first. This program prioritizes neuromuscular activation, strength training, and cardiovascular endurance that will lead to improved strength, physique, posture, and muscle pain relief.

 

6 WEEK TRANSFORMATION Challenges

6 Week Transformation

This is the program to join when you want to develop good habits and get results fast. Commit to training at least 4 times per week for six weeks. Includes: private consultation (exercise and injury history, fitness and nutrition goals), assessment (baseline for body fat %, weight, and measurements), 4 training sessions per week, results driven meal plan, daily emails, and plenty of motivation and encouragement.

MM YOUTH ATHLETE PROGRAMS

McCohn Muscle Youth Athlete Program

McCohn Muscle is ideal for student athletes looking to develop strength to reach peak performance in their sport of choice. We train track & field, hockey, baseball, wrestling, basketball, and football athletes from middle school through college age. Personal Training, Holiday Break, and Summer Camps are also available.

 

MM BIKINI & FITNESS COMPETITION PROGRAM

Want to compete but not sure where to start? Quentin, a former Natural Ohio Bodybuilding Association competitor and First Place Finisher 2015, among other awards, will get you ready for the stage.

MM BODYBUILDER PLUS PROGRAM

McCohn Muscle Body Builder Plus Prgram

This program is designed for male athletes who are serious about competing as a first timer or improving their physique and performance. Must currently be consistently working out with a solid, healthy base. Must be committed to training at MM 4+ times per week. Includes specialized meal plan and workouts, monthly reevaluation of meal plan and workouts, and everything necessary for competition prep including Peak Week coaching.
