THREE Ways to Get the Best Results in Our Program

What's up guys?

I just wanted to give you some tips to get the best results in our programs, all right.

Simply put, I believe 85% of the results when you’re body sculpting, when you’re weight training, when you’re working out trying to improve your physique, 85% of the results are going to come from your nutrition. What are you feeding your body? What do you put in your blood? What do you put in your muscles, what goes through your digestive system? All of that matters. And 85% of the results in my opinion that you see are from that.

And regardless of what anybody tells you, nobody has all the answers when it comes to nutrition. I don't care if you're Brandon Carter, Layne Norton, Lloyd Carr, it doesn't matter who it is, Dr Kravitz, you could have all the PhDs, you could be the most intelligent trainer. Nobody has all the answers to nutrition. That’s why there is so much information out there. What works for one person may not work for the next, so it’s important to play around with different plans and find what works for you.

And what I mean, like my last video I talked about personal training and fitness has become institutionalized. You know, it's like a science now, an exercise science, and nutrition is the same way. So a lot of the basics, a lot of the things that got us to the 21st century are now being ignored because we're advancing into the future and dismissing things that are very basic.

So there's an agenda right now to not eat meat and that dairy products are bad, you know? However the real problem is when man tampers with these things. The strongest people that you know, especially in Ohio, they grew up on farms. They were eating cheese, they were drinking milk, they were eating meat. It's no wonder that they're so physically big and strong. It's not all of the hard work. Even though they did a lot of hard work, they put the vitamins, minerals, and nutrients into their blood and into their body so they grew to be strong people.

I remember playing a baseball game at Independence High School on the East side of Columbus. We played against Lancaster. Let me tell you, when those boys got off the bus our eyes got big. You could just tell that they all grew up on farms. Like you could just physically tell by looking at them. So nutrition is 85% of the game, but training.

Now when it comes to my training, I'm a bit of a body sculptor. So, I take natural bodybuilding principles and I use them. I use them to manipulate your hormones and to give thermogenic effect to your muscles. I use rep ranges to manipulate the hormones and different types of poundages, like the amount of weight you are using. How many reps are you doing it for? So I have that game to help sculpt the body. Now that's the best thing about weight training.

Now in the 21st century, we've moved on to more functional training. So a lot of the gyms that you go to now, this is what they stress, functional training. Now, functional training gives you great posture. It gives you great movement. It can be used as corrective exercise. It is not a bad way to go at all, but nothing sculpts the body like weight training, period point blank. I know a lot about natural bodybuilding, and weight training is probably my specialty. But as you guys know, I'm a true hybrid, so I know how to train functionally as well. I know how to use the kettlebells, the medicine balls, the Bosu balls, the stability balls, the slam balls, all of that stuff.

Functional training is good. It's a great way to burn fat, but it's not the best way in my opinion. If you fuse it with strength training, with weight training, like heavy squats, dips, chest presses, overhead shoulder press, now we're really talking about some great results.

All right, so what have we covered? We've covered that 85% of the results that you see are going to be from your nutrition. Also why it's important to weight lift and strength train. And not just do functional training.

Now, here is the way that you're going to have great success in my program, pretty much in any other program, and in just about every facet of life; you must focus your attention on what you're doing.

You must focus, concentrate, control, center your attention on what it is that you're doing. A lot of people, they want to come into the gym and turn their mind off. It's like the getaway for them. You cannot turn your mind off. You must focus on what it is that you're doing. You can't just roam from piece of equipment to a piece of equipment. You're resting too much. You're talking to people, you're not focused on what it is that you're doing. When you focus, you don't have to work out for over an hour. I mean, you could get a great workout in between 30 and 45 minutes if you just go to the gym and put your complete focus on what it is that you're doing.

All right, so 85% of the results that you're going to see is from your nutrition.

You must fuse lifting weights with functional training and also cardio. That's something that we do basically year-round around here.

And then the third thing is you must focus. You got to concentrate on what it is that you're doing in order to put your body in the best position for muscle growth, to manipulate your hormones, to burn body fat and to ultimately look your best.

Alright, so that's my story and I'm sticking to it. If you want to make a new story about yourself or your life, a new chapter in your book, then you need to message me. Use the link below to reach out and let's keep in touch. I see y'all in the gym soon.

Peace.
